There are plenty of options for beginner-moderate experience riders to take it to the next level, and the camp you're talking about is similar to some of those. Guided trips through Baja, Track schools, Stunt schools, etc. There's even a women's track day chock-full of vendors and manufacturers getting feedback and selling to these (mostly new) riders. Many of BMW's customers are men who choose to take up riding long past their teen years, so I'm sure anyone who works there could fill you in on how they help these new riders find their way.
